Its funny I found a thread on a forum that stated
Everyone thought the Teabagger Movement was a joke. No one is laughing now. They are a serious threat to progressive politics. Chuck Devore who is running in the GOP Primary is already being billed as the Scott Brown of California. The Teabaggers are gaining ground throughout the country. If they keep winning seats we can say goodbye to any thoughts of legalization and Medical Marijuana will be a thing of the past.
Thats what always confused me about republicans. They are always shouting about liberty, freedom, less government, yet they are vehemently opposed to decriminalizing marijuana. A substance that can be regulated and controlled and is less harmful to your body than alcohol. It seems like I find myself agreeing with the GOP on most things except when it comes to the laws. It seems as if they take a nose dive into idiocy on this issue.
However I do believe its a win-win for the GOP and this nation that Scott Brown was elected Senator in Massachusetts. It will stall the health care bill, and hopefully stunt the Obama agenda on more spending. Obama said, “not to “jam” a health care reform bill through” after Scott Brown was elected. Obama indirectly admits they were trying to JAM this piece of shit bill down our throats as soon as possible. Now the dems simply cannot do that anymore, otherwise they face the wrath of the American public.
