“He’s black, get over it!” Is only response to critical remarks against Obama.

One thing I’ve noticed from criticizing Barack Obama, or clipmarking news reports of someone criticizing him, Obamatons are ready to jump out of the woodwork and shout, “He’s black, get over it!” As if race had anything to do with criticizing Obama’s policies? Who is quick and on the draw, ready to use the race card as soon as Obama is being criticized? His own supporters, that’s who – the Obamatons. Who are the racists here? Who the hell is griping about Obama being black, nobody! It’s like that is the only defense they have in responding to critical remarks made against his presidency. In Obama’s own words, he calls himself a “mutt.” Obama’s parents separated when he was two, divorced when he was four, and Obama’s black dad showed up in his life only once when he was about 10. His white mother raised him, “Get over it!”
He may identify with being “African-American,” but so what? Who cares? Nobody is criticizing his color. Nobody is criticizing his white mother, or his black father. What we are criticizing him for is his statism. His thirst for power. His quest to socialize this country. Pelosi’s stimulus pork-laden package. Geithner’s financial bailout. Cabinet tax cheats: Geithner, Daschle, Killefer, Solis. Closing Gitmo. Reaching out to Muslims. Apologizing for our country. And the list goes on…
So next time someone says, “He’s black, get over it!”, just smile and know that they are an Obamaton – they have no clue what Obama really stands for. They’re caught up in the hype. They’re caught up in popular sentiment. They’re the ones who never picked up a newspaper, watched any news channel, or had any type of original thought when it came to Obama. They’re stuck so far up Obama’s ass that they can’t see his policies - or ever wanted to in the first place. They’re so happy he’s black that they’re ready to hand over their freedom without a whimper.
Obamaton: A Barack Obama “fan” (Note: Fans =/= Supporters) who is in such a state of being because of Obama’s eloquence; one who hasn’t even bothered to fairly compare his platform with other candidates’ platforms. Pun on the word “automaton”.
