Wow… Look when he puts his fingers to his lips. He has no idea how he is going to answer. He must be thinking, “Oh shit, not this question, I’m not prepared!” Mumble mumble, yada yada, do you understand anything this man is saying? I think he is going to send a nasty letter to Kim Jong-Il and tell him how dissapointed the U.S. is on their current actions with nuclear testing. This man is clearly not cut out for the job that has been given to him.
